Calling all children and parents/guardians. We need your help to make our Fayre a success.
Foundation Phase children (Nursery, Reception, Year 1 and Year 2) have been given a plastic cup and a letter to take home today.
We are asking for you to fill the cup with sweets, little toys, snacks, bobbles etc. and donate it to school for sale at the Fayre. We do ask that you not put things such as boiled sweets or marbles, that are unsuitable for little ones, but you can use your imagination and be as creative as you like. Those little party bag fillers are ideal for this and I'm sure many of you have these somewhere at home already.
You can cover your filled cup with cling film, sellotape or even a sandwich bag. The cups will be sold on our Jolly Jars stall. This is the first time we've done this and we are really looking forward to seeing what you all make of it and we will be really grateful for every donation we get.
Key Stage 2 children (Year 3, Year 4, Year 5, Year 6, SRB and Nurture class) have all been given letters asking for donations of chocolate for our Chocolate Tombola.
Any chocolate items big or small, from a selection box or tin of biscuits down to a a small single chocolate bar or individually wrapped cake will be gratefully received.
Could you please send in your donations of chocolate and/or Jolly Jars on or before Wednesday 25th November.
Our Christmas Fayre is being held straight after school on Friday 27th November in the Junior Hall and upper corridors. Entrance will be through the main reception/entrance at the front of the school.
We have Father Christmas (limited number of tickets available and must be bought before the day from the main office), hot dogs, drinks, tuck shop (sweets, crisps etc), craft items made by our children, Fair Trade items, chocolate tombola, pocket money toys, a selection of make your own Christmas crafts and much more.
Look out for the posters around school.
We look forward to seeing you all there!
